The
governing board of the Arizona Wildlife Conservancy is made up of elected
trustees who have pledged their time and effort to further the mission of the
Arizona Wildlife Conservancy
Donald W. Lee
the
President of the Arizona Wildlife Conservancy, a twelve
year Arizona resident who had a successful career as the owner of a commercial printing
company and business to business advertising agency before retiring to
breed and train German Shorthaired pointers.
Mick Fairchild
the most
senior member of the group, who serves as Vice
President and was the man behind the idea of forming our organization. Mick
recently moved to Arizona from California after retiring from Wyeth Laboratory
where he enjoyed a 32-year career in pharmaceutical sales.
Ken Hart
serves as the organizations Secretary. Ken has been an Arizona resident since
1959 and continues his career in customer service after having been in sales,
manufacturing and management of different Arizona companies.
Dick Anderson
serves as the organizations Treasurer. Dick retired recently from
the investment company of A.G. Edwards and is now serving as an arbitrator for
the New York Stock Exchange, the American Arbitration Association and the
National Securities Association. His interest in outdoor activities keeps Dick
involved as a volunteer in many other sporting organizations.
Our
Trustees:
Jim Simpson
spent his career as the President/CEO of the Tempe Schools Credit Union. His
knowledge of financial procedures and bureaucratic intricacies is helping the
organization achieve it’s 501 (C) 3 tax exempt status. Jim retired from active
management of the credit union in 2005.
Stan
Watkins
is a partner in the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, and as such is
invaluable for the knowledge he brings to the organization. As an avid
outdoorsman, Stan shares the passion for the mission of the Arizona Wildlife
Conservancy and manages to devote time to our cause despite his busy schedule.
Eric Ulrich
is the youngest trustee and donates generously of his time despite a busy
professional and family life. He has worked for Intel Corporation for the past
11 years as a Systems Engineer.
Jim Schultz
is a retired automobile dealer from Flagstaff, Arizona now involved in
commercial real estate investing. He brings an entrepreneurial view to the
Conservancy with an emphasis on getting things done.
